In order to better serve our clients we offer this online reservation form. You do not need to supply your credit card number at this time. We do accept most major credit cards. Fill out the following form and we will telephone you promptly to confirm the details of your stay.
Thank you for your reservation request. Upon receipt of this form , I will notify you by return mail asking you to indicate your agreement to the policy below. Once we have your agreement I will call you to secure your credit card information/ deposit and confirm the dates you require.. Please include your cell number and your estimated time of arrival on day of check in. In the event I am running errands I will be able to make arrangements for you to make yourself at home and advise you of the unit you are in upon arrival.

Within 15 days of arrival , Kindlewood Chalets is not responsible for failure to give notice of cancellation, last minute changes in length of stay , failure to complete your booking , no shows or early check out . Under these circumstances, the amount due is based on the total value of the original reservation booked. The deposit for most regular stays under 5 nights, will be the cost of the first night with remaining balance payable on arrival. When booking for special events or pre-arranged packages such as fishing, hunting, honeymoons, sports events, etc. there is a minimum 50 % non-refundable deposit. At no time, for any stay , does Kindlewood assume responsibility for cancellations due to weather, early check-outs or other factors , including interruptions in pre-scheduled public transportation by ground , air or water. If no notice of cancellation is given in advance of arrival date for a special event or package, or any stay, then the entire amount , deposit plus balance remaining will be due and payable, and charged to the client’s credit card used to pay the deposit for the booking. Check – in time is at 2 P.M. on day of arrival and check – out time is at 11 AM.. on day of departure, unless alternate arrangements have been made with management . A late check – out fee of 40% of the nightly rate will be applied under any other circumstances. The total minimum deposit will be equal to the charges of the first night for all stays. Any stays of 5 room nights plus , the deposit will be calculated based on a minimum of 30 % of the total confirmed reservation. We are a smoke free / pet free facility and will work with you to insure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
Due to no regular cable television in the area, television in each unit is by use of the VCR/DVD player only ( included ). Each unit does have several movies to choose from and many clients choose to bring their own. Propane fireplaces have become a very expensive source of ambience and due to rising fuel prices , there is a daily/nightly usage charge of 20.00 per night of stay. The unit will be preset to cut in and out as room temperature dictates. This allows us to maintain present rates and gives the client a choice to determine what he/she will pay for extras.

Location
We are located 3 KM East of Marble Mountain and approximately 15 KM East of Corner Brook in the Humber Valley. East bound guests should take Exit 8 from the Trans Canada Highway at Marble Mountain and turn left on marble Drive through the town of Steady Brook. West bound guests take Exit 9A on to Marble Drive. Turn left and watch for our property sign. Drive safe !!!!!
